Donnie has been around trucks his whole life and he is not shy about his knowledge. Donnie and his wife Angie started AMT literally from the ground up. As serious as he is about trucks he will still take the time each day to tell us stories about the good ole days. As the only male in the office he is usually on the losing end of every other office conversation. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and his dog "AJ".
Mel Gipson-Dispatch
Mel is Donnie's right hand lady when it comes to dispatch, with over 20+ years experience we think she may just boot him out one day. She and her husband are enjoying their new grandbaby, two boys and daughter in laws. They also enjoy fishing, cooking out, and eating at Grindstone's! Mel is the newest member of our team and we are enjoying showing her the ropes.

Kim White Safety/HR
Kim has over 18 years experience in the transportation industry. Everything from Dispatch, Billing, Payroll, Safety and Human Resources. Her husband of 26 years is also a truck driver and they owned their own fleet at one time. In their spare time Kim enjoys off-roading in her Jeep and they both enjoy spending ample time riding their Harley. They have one daughter in graduate school in Florida!
Doug Radabaugh-Shop Foreman
Doug has over 30 yrs experience in a shop setting. His family ran a towing business in Florida and Doug worked the family business before moving to cold Indiana. Doug and Donnie are like two peas in a pod when it comes to fixing trucks. The mechanical knowledge in our shop is second to none. We never see Doug not covered in oil or grease, which is a true sign of a hard-worker. Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and grand kids.
